The outer panel of the finger-nail sized pendant is painted a poisonous purple oleander bush. Inside the locket is a secret skull warning of the affects of even touching the leaf of a purple oleander bush.
Painted area is varnished with a protective gloss. Includes matching 18 inch brass chain.
