Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated per order. All items in an order must be shipped to one address. Single orders cannot be split into multiple shipping addresses. If you need to to ship items to multiple locations, these must be ordered separately

Ready to Ship

• Ready to ship items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of order date
• Any delays will be communicated as soon as possible
• Alternate Empire does not assume responsibility for delays caused by shipping carrier. Please expect longer shipping times for international orders, during peak holiday seasons and pandemic related delays.

Custom requests

• Custom requests items will take 14-20 days to process
• Client will receive email to confirm customization details
• Any delays affecting processing time will be communicated as soon as possible
