Refund policy

Ready to Ship Items

• If an item is purchased, but no longer available, a refund will be applied within 24 hours of purchase.
• Undamaged items may be returned for refund or store credit. You must contact us within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Refund will be applied within 7 days of receiving the returned returned item.
• Items returned 14 or more days after delivery confirmation will not qualify for refund or store credit.
• Please ensure that correct mailing address is entered before finalizing purchase. Once you have received shipping confirmation, shipping address cannot be updated. Order will not be refunded if incorrect mailing address was provided. 

Custom Requests

• No refunds for delivered custom request items
• If you have a change of heart while the custom order is being processed, you may request a partial refund. This must be requested within 7 days of order date.
• Partial refund will be 15% of the final price of the order. 
• Please ensure that correct mailing address is entered before finalizing purchase. Once you have received shipping confirmation, shipping address cannot be updated. Order will not be refunded if incorrect mailing address was provided.
